In order to verify the originality of scholarly manuscripts submitted to the Editorial Board, the journal uses the specialized text similarity detection service StrikePlagiarism.

If copyright infringement, plagiarism, self-plagiarism, or non-compliance with generally accepted standards of research ethics is identified, the Editorial Board reserves the right to reject the manuscript or withdraw an already published article.

The Editorial Office informs both the author(s) and the institution where the relevant research was conducted of any decision to withdraw a publication.

Publication Duplication Policy

Cases where authors reuse large portions of their own publications without a clear reference to the original source are considered publication duplication.

Examples of duplication include publishing an identical article in multiple journals or adding a negligible amount of new data to a previously published article.

If an author wishes to submit to the journal an article that has already been published in full or in part, or will be published in another journal, the author must provide details in the cover letter accompanying the submission. The journal's editorial board may consider such an article if the other work has been published in a language of a European Union country and its main results and conclusions are significant for a Ukrainian-speaking audience. In such cases, the journal may publish a translation of the article into Ukrainian with an appropriate reference to the original English-language source.

The journal's editorial board supports prior publication on recognized preprint servers for review by other researchers before official submission to the journal. It is also permitted to submit for publication articles containing full research results, information about which has already been presented in conference abstracts (proceedings), lecture texts, or qualification theses. Such instances of prior publication must be reported to the editorial board in the cover letter accompanying the submission.

The journal also considers submissions containing materials that were previously part of a candidate's or doctoral dissertation and have been made publicly available as a manuscript in accordance with the requirements of the degree-awarding institution.
