The editorial board may reject an article for publication in the following cases

1. Signs of academic plagiarism have been detected.
2. The article has already been published in another scientific periodical (including electronic publications and on the Internet).
3. The article is formatted in violations of Authors Guidelines.
4. References to the used sources and quotes do not correspond to the content of the article.
5. Any components of the metadata (contact information) are incomplete or inaccurate.
6. A list of references is absent.
